Of course, we hope you are happy with your product and that you are dancing the night away. But we do understand you don't always feel happy with what you bought. Need to return something? No problem! Dance Nomads has the following policy regarding return shipments. Please read with care.
Article 1. General terms
Please, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning any product. Any claims for customer remorse, the wrong size, misprinted, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must fill in our return form before returning the product. If you have returned the product without sending the return form by mail, we will not process the product as a return.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report by sending us the following information by email (email@example.com):
- Order number
- Description your problem in detail
- Upload of relevant photos
You will receive the return form when you send us an email. Fill in the form, send it to our email, and if you request was approved we will send you the return adres.
When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Article 2. Wrong Size
Dance Nomads provides you with custom and personalised products. Because Dance Nomads products are made just for you, we need you to fill in the return first. We understand you sometimes want to return goods, we need to file every return.
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size indicated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

Article 3. Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Dance Nomads’ Supplier facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Article 4. Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Dance Nomads’ supplier facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
